The Scientific Works include articles presented at the International scientific and practical forum "Advanced technologies in the agro-industrial complex", held under the financial support of the Russian Foundation for basic research, project №18-016-20014. The main attention is paid to the creation of advanced technologies of storage and complex processing of agricultural raw materials, production and storage of foodstuff. The current state of research in the field of food production technologies for functional and specialized purposes, as well as the priority directions of their development, is reflected. Special attention is paid to the production of food and feed additives, as well as their use as an auxiliary mechanism for creating healthy food products.
